About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in training provided by 7x Traders Academy. By using the site or enrolling in a programme, you accept them.
Educational purpose
All content on this site and in our programmes is educational. It is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Please read our risk disclosure in full before enrolling.
Enrolment and fees
Course fees are published on each course page. A seat is confirmed only once the applicable fee or instalment has been received and we have confirmed your place in a specific batch.
Where instalment options are offered, the schedule agreed at the time of admission applies.
Batches and scheduling
We may reschedule a batch, change a venue within the same city, or substitute a mentor where circumstances require it. We will give as much notice as reasonably possible.
If we cancel a batch outright and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, we will refund the fee paid for that batch.
Attendance and conduct
Seats are personal to the enrolled student and cannot be transferred without our agreement. We ask students to respect other participants, the mentors and the campus facilities.
We may decline continued participation where conduct disrupts other students, without refund.
Course materials
Materials provided during training are for your personal learning. Please do not record sessions, redistribute materials, or reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Certificates
A completion certificate confirms attendance and completion of the programme. It is not a professional licence, and it does not qualify the holder to advise others on investments.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for delivering the training described. We are not responsible for trading decisions you make, or for any financial loss arising from them. Trading decisions and their consequences are yours alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
