We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to share information about our courses, batches and events that you have asked about.

If you enrol, we keep the records necessary to administer your admission, attendance, fee payments and certificate.

What we do not do

We do not share your phone number or email with third-party marketers.

We do not send unsolicited bulk messages. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to follow up and for our internal records. Student and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable law and accounting practice.

You may ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your rights

Security

Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised staff can view it, access is authenticated, and administrative actions on customer records are logged.

Cookies
